Once we have received your completed registration and photograph, your matchmaker will give you a call for your initial interview.

The interview serves as your introduction to your Matchmaker as well as an opportunity to ask any questions that you might have about our process. It will also give your matchmaker a chance to get to know you and what you are looking for. She will want to know about your background, your education, past relationships, etc.

From this point on, your Matchmaker will be available when you need her. She will review each of your matches with you and will adjust future matches accordingly as you give her feedback. You’ll be able to reach her by phone or e-mail.

If, following your interview, we both determine that ours is the service for you, we will ask for your credit card information over the phone.

We charge $675 for five "Introductions" made over the course of one year.

Introduction. When we have a “Prospective Match”, we call each client and make sure that they both agree to the other's profile. Then, we exchange e-mail addresses for you. You are welcome to exchange e-mails or to talk on the phone, it only becomes an "Introduction" once you actually meet in-person.

Our Refund Policy. If we do not have an appropriate match for you, or you do not accept any of the matches that we present to you within the first month of your membership, we will refund your fee in its entirety (please note, however, that once you have accepted your first “Prospective Match”, we will consider you committed to our process and its terms).
