Our Rules, Your Rights

Traditional Matchmakers (“TMM”) is for single professionals who take our process seriously. In order to maintain the integrity of our client pool, we reserve the right to deny service to any individual at our discretion.

To Join:

-	You must be at least 21 years old
-	You must submit one recent photograph prior to your telephone interview (we will not distribute it without your permission; we require it to match you properly)
-	You must complete a telephone interview with your personal matchmaker

We apologize, but we cannot work with you if:

-	You are currently legally married
-	You have been married more than three times
-	You misrepresent yourself at ANY time in the application process or use of our service

The way that we work:

-	TMM charges $675 for five “introductions”, completed over the course of one year from initial activation
-	An “introduction” will only be counted once you meet in-person with a client to whom we have introduced you
-	If you become unavailable to be introduced or fail to be responsive in reviewing prospective introductions through the expiration of your membership, TM will not be responsible for remaining introductions
-	When we have a good match for you, we will present it as a “prospective” match; once both parties approve, it becomes an “accepted” match and we exchange e-mail addresses and phone numbers (with your permission) for you
-	Once a match has been mutually “accepted”, either party is encouraged to make first contact with the other as soon as possible. TMM does, however, require that, barring prior communication, the man must make initial contact within 7 days of the date of the “accepted” match. Once the man has made initial contact, the woman has 7 days to respond in kind. If either party fails to be responsive after accepting a match, the introduction will be counted against them individually
-	If a client fails to meet in person another client for a mutually arranged meeting without prior notice, TMM will terminate membership and the offending client will not be entitled to a refund
-	It is expected that clients who live "outside" of a particular metro area will do the traveling to meet a client who lives within that city

Our priority is to cultivate and maintain a pool of clients of the highest caliber. Protecting your rights is a critical part of our ability to do so.

Privacy:

The simple story is that we absolutely do not sell or share our clients’ personal or credit card information with any third party other than those service providers that facilitate our administrative processes.

We want you to feel comfortable entrusting us with the information that we ask of you. If you have any questions regarding our Privacy Policy or those of our service providers, please give us a call.

Screening:

We evaluate and screen each and every individual in our client pool. Our standards are high. If we discover behavior unbecoming or untruthful on the part of any of our clients we reserve the right to immediately terminate their membership.

Matches:

We are very careful in our matchmaking. If we do not have a good potential match for you, we would prefer not to make one at all. You have the right to pass on any match that you do not feel is appropriate.

Money Back Guarantee:

If we do not have an appropriate match for you, or you do not accept any of the matches that we present to you within the first month of your membership, we will refund your fee in its entirety (please note, however, that once you have accepted your first prospective match, we will consider you committed to our process and it’s terms).
